The problem

Sometimes Chronolator documents sent by email are marked as Spam, not received, or have their macros removed.

Why it happens: the increase in 'Cyber Attacks'

Since Chronolator was first developed, there has been a surge in the number of aggressive computer viruses transmitted via Word macros. Some of these have been used to mount 'cyber attacks' against organisations, particularly (in the UK) the NHS. These attacks have sometimes led to IT systems having to be brought down for days at a time while the virus is eliminated.
